- the contact owns a 2003 Dodge Durango with an odometer reading of 50000 miles on it. The contact complained that the rear seat belts did not retract. The contact stated that the seat belts only retracted 1 out of every 10 times. She took the vehicle to the dealer, and they told her that she would have to pay for the repair.
