I turned this into Dodge in October. Paint on driver door seal falling off...... also on the lift gate the paint crumbled off. Made a claim with Dodge. finally on 2-23-2015 I get a response..... They refuse to fix the problem and say it is something I have caused. I have been told by the auto shops that this is not something I could have done, unless I poured battery acid or something on it............ I am not done fighting with Dodge. I have always bought Dodge, however after this crap I don't think I will ever buy one again...... make it right Dodge and fix the f*ck up you guys have done. I know that there was one other Durango in the same town I am in that had to be repainted as well and you had no issue fixing that one. MAKE IT RIGHT! Oh I have 17 thousand miles son my car now.

I took the car in for an oil change on 3/11/14. Noticed paint chipped between the driver side doors after I washed it. I I took it right back and was told they have seen it before and was where the seat belt had gotten caught between the doors.

Took it back on 4/27/14 when the passenger side did the same thing and the doors were hitting together. Showed the body shop and he agreed it was a problem.

Finally got car in on 6/14 to get fixed and picked up on 6/14. The chips were painted and the doors were adjusted causing new problems with the rubber seal between the doors as well as along the top of the door. (dealership did the best they could and tried) Called them back within the hour to let them know this wasn't going to work. Then within the next hour both doors need painted again due to the same chipping. Contacted Chrysler as well and waiting on a call back.

Almost All 2013 and 2014 Durangos I have stopped to look at have the chipped paint between the doors. It occurs when an individual is getting in the back seat as the front door is closed putting it in the position to scrape paint off both due to the design of the door.

I am an auto tech and I keep a look out for Durangos that enter the shop. I have noticed that most of them (and mine) are missing paint on the body line of the rear door closest to the front. Also noticing paint now missing from the back side of my front door and rust is starting to show
