Driving when the keyfob not recognized came on. Could not start car afterwards for 10 minutes. Had to have husband drive over other one. That worked for a bit, then continued to have issues with both KEYFOBs, one replaced. Still an ongoing issue that dealer states is resolved.

Multiple times when I hit my start button the car goes straight to the battery mode and doesnt start. It takes turning the car fully off and restarting to make it go on. Its a new car, what gives? Wondering if it is related to the alternator recall of which I have been trying to get fixed since last year and Chrysler STILL doesn't have the parts to fix it?! They certainly make me pay on time every month!

We picked up this "New Car" December 2nd, 2013 and had to be towed December 3rd, 2013. This car constantly will not start for me. I have been towed numerous times. The only way I can get safely from point A to point B is to use the remote start. There is no error code. I have issue Video taped. I was able to start car via remote start. This issue happened on July 26, 2014 . Bring car in to service Monday, July 28. Module needs to be updated. 2 hours in service.

March 25, 2014 -Tuesday – car will not start again – there is no error code – I have video taped myself. I get no help from Chrysler.
