This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.

I am aware that some Dodge Grand Caravan have had a problem related to a spring located inside the steering wheel that prevents the airbag from deploying in case of an accident, as well as preventing the horn from operating. I've contacted the dealership and was told that such recall didn't apply to my van, and after checking the VIN, it was confirmed that I was not part of that recall. However, when I hear that something that has gone wrong with my van is a recall in other vans, I tend to get a little suspicious.
The airbag and horn are no longer fundtional. The airbag failure light remains on most of the time. An intermittant wiring problem in the dash is suspected. I understand that this is a common problem.
This vehicle had an air bag readiness light that stayed on, as well as the cruise control and horn failing. The clock spring mechanism was relaced by the dealer on 3-22-01 at a cost of roughly $200 to me (the owner). I have heard you are investigating this problem and would like to know if I am able to get reimbursed for this cost. Thanks.
Air bag light comes on when steering wheel is turned. Probable clock spring failure. Front strut tower severely rusted. If strut tower fails, loss of steering control may result.
The airbag readiness indicator lamp would come on intermittently while driving and occasionally stay on after startup. The cruise control also did not work. A local dealer indicated that these symptoms may be a clockspring assembly failure and that the airbags would probably not deploy in an accident. I have read that there are many other minivans that have had their clockspring assemblies fail.
