Since the Van was new we've had to replace brakes at least annually but more often twice annually. Pads, rotors, cylinders - it's all crap. I suspect that the Dodge engineers undersized the brake system components relative to the the vehicle's weight which leads to excessive friction and heating - causing accelerated failure. The frequency of brake repairs has been unbearably costly and anyone contemplating the purchase of a dodge caravan - beware!! Any lawyers in the audience - ripe material for a class action. But then not likely any lawyers driving a Caravan.
