THIS WAS THE FIRST OF TWO GRAND CARAVANS WE HAVE PURCHASED NEW, AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD THIS PROBLEM. THE VAN STARTS TO BRAKE FUNNY, LIKE THE FRONT END IS DOING TO MUCH OF THE BRAKING. THEN WITHIN A DAY OR TWO THE RIGHT FRONT CALIPER LOCKS UP AND GRINDS THE BRAKES TO DUST. CHRYSLER SAID THAT THEIR FRONT BRAKES USUALLY LAST BETWEEN 29 AND 35 THOUSAND MILES. I SAID THAN WHY DID MINE ONLY LAST LESS 20 THOUSAND, AND WHY WOULDN'T IT BE COVERED ( AT LEAST PARTIALLY)IF IT IS AS YOU CALL IT "PREMATURE BRAKE FAILURE." WE HAVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM ON OUR 2005 GRAND CARAVAN.
