the dodge dealer told me the part cost $550.00. they called it a front body controller, that controlled all the lights on the van.it plugs into the end of the fuse/power/relay box on the left side under hood beside battery.its about4.0inches x3.5 inches.cost me $40.00 at salvage yard.it came off of an 05 model.
