Took in twice for the two recalls . 1 for the upper power steering hose & 1 for the lower. Noise went away for about 2 days maybe? In cold mornings wheel could barley turn at all. Helped a little when revved engine a bit. But would only free up when engine warmed up a bit. Mechanics have no clue as how to fix it. They replaced pump,hoses,bled lines 2-3 times?? Makes noise constantly when turning no matter if engine warm,hot or cold.

Started whining or making loud annoying noise while turning shortly after we bought the van in 2004 and it was not so bad at first but has progressed so bad that it is constant now, not just while turning. I feel that Dodge should list this under a recall and fix this since obviously so many people are experiencing the same thing. I will NOT buy a Dodge again. Will try a Honda.
