Turning causes this sound at low speeds but when driving it also is heard when a bump is hit as well.

Grand Caravan ES 3.2L V6

I have a 2003 Grand Caravan that when you steer side to side at slow speeds it makes a clunking noise. It also make noise on bumps at all speeds. The struts and steering rack have been replaced and tie rods and ball joints are good.

Any insight would be appreciated.
