While in drive sitting at light, light turns green, car jumps backwards in reverse instead of going forward.
Very scary... Chrysler should further investigate, and stop telling me I let the fluid run dry, when it recently by as much as month before problem started I had oil change, fluids topped and recheck of all fluids week later or so and all was fine. I have all paperwork to verify my maintenance records! A plug was put into place by the dealership service dept. of GRAVA .. Medford, MA.
Today I still don't have my car because of their horrible service, a recall job that they first did not fix or look at when I came to pick up the vehicle the first time.. I left it there due to fear that the car was too unsafe and to have them look into the airbag recall accordingly.
I'm sending car out for a second opinion as it us my right ....
