My van receives regular maintenance and service. The transmission was completely serviced in 2009 by Penzoil. The van operated perfectly with no sign of failure until yesterday when I experienced NO reverse. The van, when in reverse, acts as though it is in neutral. There is NO reverse whatsoever. This was a sudden failure without warning.
