The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact attempted to start the ignition three times and the engine immediately stalled. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer for diagnosis. The vehicle continued to remain at the dealer for further investigation where the contact was awaiting a diagnosis of the failure. The manufacturer was also notified of the problem. In addition, the wiring to the dome light was faulty which caused the dome light to melt two years prior to the most recent failure. The manufacturer had not been notified. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.....updated 08-24-12 the consumer stated when the vehicle's engine turned off the instrument cluster remained illuminated. The radio switches stations, turns on the cd player, and switches between am/fm. The dealership acknowledged there is an electrical problem but, cannot find the problem. Updated 08/30/2012
