The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the headlights, horn, and windshield wipers activated on their own. The contact temporarily disabled the battery in order to reset the software in the vehicle. The dealer stated that the totally integrated power module was faulty. The part needed for the repair was on a massive back order. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 127,000.
