I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Caravan. I needed an inspection sticker and come to find out the horn wouldn't blow. Had a mechanic look at it and he said the coil in the steering was bad which also operates the vehicles driver airbag. It will not deploy if I were to be in a crash. I would think this should be a recall being that the mechanic said it is common. This is pricy to fix. After the part and labor it will cost me $650!..updated 07-08-15 updated 9/15/2015
