Letter from Chrysler Corp, dated 9/15/14, subject L25/NHTSA 14V-373, titles, "important safety recall" stated that the problem is " upon starting your vehicle the frequency operated button ignition key (fobik) may not fully seat in the "on" position......Chrysler intends to repair your vehicle free of charge....simply contact your Chrysler dealer to schedule an appointment. My dealer is, douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge, 2382 S. tamiami trail, venice, fl 34293. Phone is 941-484-8300. I have contacted this dealer three times and they always tell me Chrysler still has not furnished them with the required parts. It has now been over 6 months since I red the notice. Please help.
