The contact owns a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. While driving 30 mph, the brake pedal was depressed and there was an abnormal vibration coming from the front of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the front passenger suspension needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 300.
