While adjusting the back position of middle seats the headrest comes crashing down on the back of head while moving the seat back forward and backward to adjust the position. This should be a separate control and not the side lever. My daughter got hurt and had neck pain for a few days, other family members also got hurt a few times; now we are extra careful but this is a stupid design and could be life threatening depending on the position head is in especially for kids.
