Noticed small bubbling a few months ago, but is a lot worse now. Paint is bubbling on front lip of hood. Looks terrible.

I always had aged cars (10 years+) from several manufacturers and this Dodge (my first Chrysler car) is the first to show apparent rust sign before 10. My last Chrysler product, I swear.

this is located on both sides of the front edge of the hood.............will get worst and spread I'm sure. This car is garaged every nite..... Does dodge know of this problem...??????? Thanks
