The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle experienced abnormal vibration and shaking. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who rotated the tires, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 67,000.
At about 47,000 miles, I began to hear a growling, grinding, shaking sound while stopping on highway during high speed. I began to notice it at regular stopping speed. I thought it was brake pads. However, going to three shops. It was determined brakes were not the problem. I T was the left front wheel bearing. At such low mileage and regular wear, I believe it to be a manufacturer's defect. Please advise.
