Dealership will not replace the headrest saying as car is over 36000 mile its not covered in warranty. Dodge customer service says if they say its under warranty it can be replaced. Dealer says it will cost $750 to replace the head rest. (Not the whole seat) just the head rest. Also it takes 14 days to get part. Dealer is bad enough as they have no customer service, all they care about is selling the vehicle and taking your money and nothing else. They do not want to even service your call. Worst dealership ever, Prestige dodge.
