My Van would start shift in to hear but not go forward (or backwards), there is a high pitched whine not normal for the car. There are recalls on other 2015 vans for the transmission oil pump. Which is exactly what-??s wrong with my van.
While driving down the highway, my vehicle suddenly went to full throttle. Shocked me so that I held the brake pedal down as hard as I could to keep from rear ending the car ahead of me. After several hundred yards, my van dropped back to idle. Checked and found out this had been a problem with Chrysler vehicles in the 2015 -2016 models. My vehicle has 50,000 + miles on it. Checked with Davis-Moore, my dealer, and they know nothing.
I have been tracking an evap leak with a fuel smell at the rear of my vehicle. I found a burn hole in the top of my fuel pump. This is the original fuel pump. I feel that this could have caused an explosion.
While driving the vehicle with no warning the engine light came on and started to blink then the vehicle started to jerk and it was loosing power and would not go over 20 on the city street.
