The contact owns a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated his wife had locked the vehicle and while attempting to unlock the driver's side sliding door the next day, the door failed to unlock. The contact's wife attempted to unlock the door using the key fob and manually from the inside and the outside however, the door failed to unlock.
