Just want it fixed at no cost to me and when I went to Dodge to find out about repair they quoted me around 7-800 dollars. I have been retired since 2020 and have a fixed income, so sure I will just not buy food or pay some bills

Passenger door lock actuator failed. Drivers door will not lock automatically when driving. The door can be sometimes be forced to locked manually from the manually. It’s a safety concern as a child can fall out of back door as it doesn’t open. There is already a TSB for 2015-2017 Gran Caravans (23-017-20).
