The contact owns a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, she depressed the brake pedal and noticed that the passenger in the front passenger-€™s seat was not restrained properly by the seat belt. The contact stated that the passenger moved forward and almost struck the windshield. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
