Received first recall last year about June and went to dealer. They did not have the part. This was done at least 3 times. Received second recall for the same thing. Dealer was contacted and was still told no part available. On 1-8-2016 I contacted the vehicle safety hotline and was assured the would file my complaint. Complaint id is od-10818896. Still have not received further info on this matter. Was suppose to received something about this in the mail and also by E-mail.
Recall # R03/ NHTSA 14V-373....called dealer ( northtown auto. 2020 niagarafalls blvd. 14150. About recall. My car has shut off unexpectedly in the past. They conveyed it could be months before they get to it. This is unsafe and unacceptable.
