The rear bumper has 2 large waves in it. The summer of 2011 took it to Bayview and reported it to the service manager- who said " we could order you a new one but it will only do the same".
In July 2012 I returned and asked to see the Body shop manager to inspect it. I was told I could leave it with them but he was only going to put it in the sun and put bricks on the bumps or I could go home and try it , if that didn't work to bring it back and they would take pictures for Chrysler. I brought it home annoyed and put fricking bricks on it-- and nothing changed!!
Took it to McGregors' who took pictures contacted Chrysler and I am waiting to hear when to take it back to have it replaced.
