Took vehicle to Douglas County Dodge. Stated there would be a $80.00 trouble shooting fee. Thirty minutes later I was notified that I had a bad upper left ball joint and repair cost would be $588.66. I informed service adviser this was not acceptable since ball joints should last a minimum of 80000 plus miles. His answer was people and the parts they make aren't perfect and your out of warranty by 8000 miles. Thank God for the 3G phone and its recording capabilities which I'll post on line soon. I contacted Dodge corporate still haven't heard back. I've been a Dodge owner since 1980. Watch what I buy next.
