The rear cross member that supports the engine/transmission and transfer case sags down about 1 inch or more, causing the steel bolt to rest on the steel frame. The original support bar failed along with 2 replacement bars. The owner is experiencing the problem again. The replaced part does not correct the problem. Replacement part # fmcf09Z6A023C. Consumer states that this part is defective and it can not support the weight of the engine, transmission, and the transfer case, the soft rubber gromets on each side will sag until the steel bolt rests on the steel support.
