Im really not sure about when it happened or how many miles because both 2000 crown victoria's that i have owned was used. Your questions on the web site made me put in a date and milage. But anyway, I have owned two 2000 crown vics and both have the same problem. I get into a storm and turn on my wipers and the driver side on both dont wipe the driver side window. I know you have a recall on that the motor on some wernt strong enough to use in snow or debre but none about it wearing out and not wiping the window for rain. I went to the dealer here close to me and they said that there is no recall for that. and that they would have to replace the whole wiper. now how wierd is that that i have had two of the same year cars and the same problem? the passenger side is fine on both cars. When you go the speed limit the wind picks the wiper blade off of the window and when the car stops it will wipe a little. To me that seems like it is another defect on the driver side windshield wiper. I have had to drive in the rain looking out the passenger side window in both cars. trust me, its not fun. Please help fix this problem so my family can be safe.
