The contact called jarrett Ford of charlotte county (3156 tamiami trail, port charlotte, fl 33952) where it was confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
