The contact owns a 2024 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the navigation system became inoperable. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the Navigational System had experienced a glitch. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, opened a case, and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 8,995.
