Similar to others.... When the hatch is open and you are moving things in and out of the vehicle the hatch closes unexpectantly, the hatch closes hitting you on the head. This hurts and has happened many times. This has been back to the dealer for this car and my 2022 Edge. The dealer claims there is nothing wrong or the cant replicate the problem this is BS because it happens too often and is dangerous.
