My driver's seat is very uncomfortable on my 2020 Ford Escape. At the rear of the seat it has a lump & it hits my tailbone every time I sit in the car. I took it back to the dealership to see if they could do anything about it and they said unless it is a mechanical problem or a recall they could & would do nothing. I found out it is the heated seat control module that is causing the problem and sticking up. I also called the Ford Motor Company & made a complaint to them, but they also are not going to do anything about it.
I am going to take it to an upholstery shop and see if they can "bury" it down inside the foam where it is sticking up and see if that will help. It feels like it is about 3 in. long by 2 in. wide & its like sitting on a "block of wood!"
Like the car but hate the seats!
