Driving from va to mi, hit snow in oh. Hit patch of 'black ice', spun out, hit tractor trailer that was on the rights side of us with the front of my truck(1998 Ford Expedition), rolled 3-4 times. Slide about 20 feet. No airbag deployed through all of this.
Consumer was sitting in a drive-thru and had put vehicle in park when it experienced sudden acceleration, consumer states it started shaking and making a loud squealing noise, the brakes did not work and vehicle crashed into a concrete guard post, the airbags did not deploy, consumer suffered a mild concussion, Ford states they can not find any cause for the problem and can not help consumer any further.
