While driving, the accelerator pedal sticks. The consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, and was told the throttle system needed to be replaced. However, the problem still exist. Dealer not willing to cover expenses for repairs. And consumer refuses to pay as well, stating the manufacturer should take responsibility for repairs.

The consumer was traveling at 40 mph, when the accelerator pedal became stuck. The consumer removed his foot from the pedal and the vehicle went up to 60 mph. The consumer exited the highway, placed the vehicle into neutral and shut the vehicle off. After getting back onto the highway, the vehicle proceeded to go to 80 mph on its own. This happened three times in one day.
