I thought it may need a tune up or 1 of the sensors was bad. After I tuned it up, it ran a lot better. But around 40 to 50 MPH it will periodically jump or buck. After seeing the headline "won't stay in overdrive" I realized that may be the problem. I intend to drive it for 50 miles or more with the overdrive turned off as normally it will have done it a dozen or more times in that distance. I will report the results back here when I complete the test.

Right after I got the truck, it drove great for about a month. Then it would go to when going down the road at 45-55, it bucked and jumped. Didn't know what the problem was so I gave it a tune up, that didn't work. So I started replacing all the switches and stuff under the hood. I MEAN EVERYTHING.

Nothing helped so I thought it might be the trans.so I had Amoco rebuild the trans. The truck ran great for almost a month, then it started doing the same old thing. Once you get to 65 it runs good and smooth. I don't know what else to do. I still drive it daily but sure am tired of the bucking at low speeds.
