The plug and coil blew out on number 5.Than two years later number three blew out. Less the 30,000 miles after the valves on both cylinders blew out. The valves on the whole head had to be replaced, the final cost was $5,000. It still burns plugs out on #3.

I SPOKE TO SEVERAL DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE AT THE 1235 ZEREGA AVE BRONX NY 10462 LOCATION. I RECEIVED UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. SO I HAD TO TOW MY VEHICLE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. ANY C/S SERV REP SHOULD NEVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER IN A CONDESCENDING MANNER. I FEEL THE NEED TO TAKE OUT AN ADD IN THE PAPER LETTING THE PUBLIC KNOW NOT TO USE THE FORD COMPANY.
