every time it rains or snows my truck won't start after sitting for awhile. I hear a clicking noise like something is running. I can usually jump start it but now I can't. Dealership only said that it needed a new battery . this didn't fix the problem.

Starter was not engaging about 1 of every 10 starts. Reported it to dealer and they said they could not find a problem. Started problem happened to service tech when truck was in for 35,000 mi service. Dealer agreed that there was a problem with the starter and they replaced at no charge. No problems with starte since (66,000 mi currently).
