This truck is my company work vehicle. Radiator blew a hole in it while idling (roughly) in a parking lot. Took it to dealer ship where they could not find leak. Asked them to pressure test cooling system, and GEE! they found a large leak on radiator. (shouldn't a ford dealership be able to diagnose problems on their own, without me having to tell them what tests to run? did they think it was leak free and my coolant ran off to be in a better truck?) Radiator was replaced free under warranty, although I was without my work truck for the long weekend (while on-call), as well as all day wed & Thursday.
Best part was I had to go back to dealership less than an hour after picking the truck up, as they must have put back in the original coolant and neglected to fill the overflow tank back up, was a full 3 inches lower than "cold fill line" while engine at normal temp.
