The contact stated that the screen failed to display as intended. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, while driving at an undisclosed speed, the navigation system screen displayed a black screen. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000.
