Purchased my 2014 F150 from the dealership at 45,500 miles used. I noticed that when braking there was a vibration in the brakes. I took it back to the dealership the first week. The dealership found no problems. I was told everything was normal. I had the tires replaced and the vibration got better. However after 18,000 miles the vibration was back and worse when braking. I took it to the dealership and they could find no problems. I finally took it to an independent shop and learned that the tires were bad and my rotors (all four) were warped. Replaced all the tires and had the brakes fixed at my expense $1000.00+). Truck is now running smoothly with no vibrations when stopping. Although my truck is under warranty I still had to pay for the repairs. I am happy with my truck and had the independent shop put USA equipment of the truck. I am now waiting to see if this will fix the problems that I have been having since I bought it.
wilthin 16000 miles I noticed a violent vibration in steering wheel. After numerous visits and complaints to the local Ford dealership and Ford Customer Service AND Pirelli Customer service AND Road America (Extended Service Contract carriers) I settled on 2 replacement tires. I was told I the replacements were sold at cost and no charge for the install. I now have a less violent vibration due to brakes/rotors.
Once I got the replacement tires (Pirelli Scorpion) I now have noticed the "shudder" or more commonly referred to as warped rotors. This should not be happening with so few miles....and yes, I am very conscious of my braking and HARD braking will tend to increase the chances for the above, thus I don't brake hard. Stay tuned for the response from Ford &/or Dealer as a neighbor is scheduled to visit the same dealer with the same complaint.
Major vibration or pulsing when braking. Worse when braking hard. Took in for repairs a month ago and the dealership turned the rotors. Not as significant to start but could still feel a slight pulse in the pedal when braking. A month later, back in the dealership for same problem. They rotated the rotors again. I guarantee I will have issues again in less than a month. I believe the problem may involve bad rotors.
Bought the truck about a year ago with just over 5000 miles on it. Recently when applying the brakes at anything over 30 mph, I get a shake and rough feel when braking.
Update from Jun 20, 2016: Took truck into Dealer, had to have my Rotors smoothed out!

The brakes make the truck stutter when braking. This is something Ford should have fixed a long time ago by placing higher quality brake rotors on these trucks. Truck has so few miles and I shouldn't have to take time off from work just so Ford can turn them around only for it to happen again within a few thousand miles.
Out of all the trucks I've owned Ive never had to have the brakes replaced. I buy a New Ford F150 and after 25,000 miles the rotors go bad and are not covered under the warranty. RIDICULOUS!!!!
After being in the dealer 4 times, the vibration problem was yet to be solved. The brakes were replaced and the tire balance was done. The truck still shook over 65+mph. The Ford Dealership keeps telling me that there is nothing wrong with my truck. They refuse to do a road test on the highway and they don't want to go more than 55mph. So no one can find the problem because they refuse to go the at the speed at which the truck starts to vibrate.
