The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150 equipped with Bridgestone Tires, Tire Line: Dueler, Tire Size: 275/65/R18, DOT Number: 98YIDOL. The contact stated that upon taking the vehicle to the dealer to have the deflated passenger-€™s side rear tire repaired, the dealer informed him that there was tread separation on all four tires. The contact also stated that there were cracks in between the tread. The tires were not replaced; however, they were patched. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 93,000. The tire failure mileage was 70,000.

The tires were replacement tires. The vehicle was taken to tire choice (813-549-1813, located at 10742 big bend rd, riverview, fl 33579) and the manufacturer offered a fifty percent discount towards the replacement of each tire. The tires were not replaced. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 74,000. The tire failure mileage was approximately 20,000.

The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150 equipped with hankook P235 (na) tires, size: 7sr17. While driving approximately 30 mph, the tires were bumpy, and felt as if they lost air. The tire warning indicator illuminated. The contact also stated that the tires vibrated and the wheels shook. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The mechanic diagnosed and performed an alignment, and also swapped the front and rear tires. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
