2017 Ford F-150
TSB Document:
Affected Component: POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
- Summary
- Some 2017 F-150/Raptor vehicles equipped with a 10R80 transmission built on or before 22-May-2017 may exhibit unable to shift the transmission out of park and possible no crank. This may be due to an undersized manual shaft-to-TR sensor roll pin becoming dislodged. Discard old manual control shaft-to-TR sensor roll pin and install a new longer manual control shaft-to-TR sensor roll pin 9L8Z-7G100-A and set roll pin installed height to 10mm above TR sensor hub. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 307-01. For claiming, use causal part 7G100 and applicable labor operations in section 7 of the service labor time standards (SLTS) manual.
