My new 2019 Ford F150 has a knocking noise in the motor that can be heard 25 feet from the vehicle. The transmission has a constant whining noise continually upon any acceleration. Both while stationary, on city streets or highway!

The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the failure would be investigated. The contact was provided a case number. The contact was not called back. The vehicle was repaired. The check engine indicator illuminated with code: P245B - egr cooler bypass control circuit range/performance (bank 1) the part replaced by red rock Ford of williston is the same part number which had a recall for 2018 F150 diesels. This part was not supposed to be installed after October 20, 2018. Contact truck was built on February 4, 2019.
