I have a 2023 F-150 Tremor and the dash cluster randomly shuts-off/restarts while driving and when it first happens the speakers make a god awful noise. The volume that the music is playing doesn't make difference it comes at full volume. Last time it did this I received notifications on the Ford connect application(which is the first time I received notifications): 1. Tire pressure monitor system warning 2. Restraint indicator lamp warning 3. antilock brake fault. 2 of the 3 the what should do section of the notification say contact authorized dealer as soon as possible. The dealership says SSM 51757 is what causes this (my truck has that problem too) but this is not the same thing as it is random has happened several times without a trailer and 2 times with a trailer connected. To me this is a safety issue and they don't have a solution for. Asked the tech if they would put their kid in the back seat and they said no but good ole Ford says its safe to drive.....
