The passenger seat hadn’t been used much yet so I didn’t notice for a while but then one day I was in the passenger side and noticed the fabric from the seat was pulled tight around the plastic bushings for the headrest. The headrest was stuck also.

I went to the dealer, showed the service personnel and they ordered new bushings for the headrest and made me an appointment for a fix.

They fixed it under warranty.
