Called Rancho, they will not warranty the Rancho shocks. They claim they have the Rancho name but they are not the same model. Installed new Rancho shocks at Ford and much better. Ford needs to stop putting crap products on a 50k truck. After the install 3 out of 4 shocks would not expand. I am guessing they failed at 20k. The truck rode ruff and bunny hopped over bumps.
