I've used the right rear passenger door very few times since I've bought the car, and the door lock broke causing me to have to tie the door closed. Ford has since told me the part is on back order due to many failures. Ford has said it will be two weeks before they see a part and expect me to be without a car since they have torn it apart and don't want to release the car to me.
