I bought this car brand spanking new in March of 2017. By May of 2017 my Bluetooth had malfunctioned and they did a hard reset on the vehicle (unplugged the battery and then plugged it back in) and sent me on my way. This continued until October of 2017 when I finally demanded that they look at the issue and they replaced the module that controls the Bluetooth. They have replaced the part 3 times not including the one that came with the vehicle.
As of late my "Trunk" and "Hood" detachment has been signalling as well as my "Door Open" warnings. Along with that, my car alarm has been going off randomly. It went off 3 times alone just last night. I would definitely state that you should invest in another vehicle, since Ford dealerships offer such poor service and obviously cannot fix their problems.
