The first thing that jumps out is the ridiculous amount of power steering complaints. It grinds, it squeals, and it eventually just fails.
And if losing power steering isn’t enough for you, how about a sudden loss of engine power? That combination is enough to achieve clunker status.

My daughter was driving a 2011 Ford Fusion the state police said she fell asleep because she worked overnight. Yes she works overnight and has been doing it for 6 months. She was on her regular schedule. After dropping her boyfriend off work she was heading to my house on a real popular deer road. I believe she was swerving off the road to try an avoid the deer and lost her steering and hit a tree. I know my daughter she wouldn't have fell asleep. I hope to god this could be proven one day.the engine tires everything on front end was inside the car. I have pieces of the car that was left there her credit card birth certificate was just laying on the ground. I have pictures of the car showing the engine and tire in the car.
I entered the cvs parking lot and made a right turn and proceeded to enter the open parking space. I stepped on the brake to shift to the park position when all of a sudden the car jolted forward accelerating in a forceful manner( like it had a mind of its own). I keep pressing down on the brake but the car would not stop and keep going straight and hit the fence on front of the parking space causing the car to bounce back. Despite my afford to stop the car with the brake it did not work. The air bag deployed and smoke and a burning smell started to come out of the car, I got out of the car immediately. I was lucky that I was not on the road and hit another car or a person.I know the my car has a problem.
We were driving an the steering wheel locked nd wr lost control of ca and hit a pole. My husband not an injury on his leg and inner thigh and some of us openwound from glasswa.
Drivers interior door handle no longer opens drivers door from inside. This could be fatal in case of fire or immersion due to being unable to escape if electric window inoperable.
The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the driver's side interior door handle became fractured and prevented the contact from opening the door. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the technician diagnosed that the door handle assembly needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 29,000 and the current mileage was 30,200.

The contact stated that the entire control and the gauges on the instrument panel were extremely small, making it difficult for the contact to engage when driving. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who informed of the manufacturer's design and was unable to provide assistance. The manufacturer was notified of the problem.
